Why shutters?

Our solid wood shutters, known as plantation shutters, combine beauty with practicality. Their timeless elegance enhances any décor, and will never go out of style. Shutters offer a degree of security, insulation and privacy, and are simple to clean and maintain.

Our shutters are made from beautiful natural wood to offset your interiors, and we only use the finest American Tulipwood for all our painted shutters. Tulipwood is recognised as the most stable and manageable of woods, as endorsed by the American Hardwood Export Council (www.ahec.org). We are also supporters of the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (www.sfiprogram.org).

We at T&K Shutters can offer plantation shutters to suit all budgets and tastes. We design and install bespoke solutions for every type of window, including arched, triangular or irregular. We personally look after your order from initial consultation to final expert installation - no sub contractors are used, eliminating any risks.
